there's a small Jr show(bodybuilding) competion which starts Feb. And I ordered this esik-clean to get 1 or 2 inches on my arms. What's a good dose I don't want to deform my arms just add a inch or two. Will I fuck up my look on it if I take normal doses??
-------By the way for all you synthol Haters, I'm not using this to have the biggest arms in the world, I've been working hard. Just my arms are lacking a little so 1 or 2 inches I would be real happy, and ready for the show.
