Anyone else have one? Wondering what different moves you can do. Seems like all you could do was lean forward and tilt your head back. Cannot wait to see if it works.
I've only seen 2 guys at my gym use one... one was a pretty damn lean bodybuilder and the other was a giant powerlifitng looking son of a bitch... this guy was freakishly huge... let us know how you like it... i have thought about strengthening my neck to hold up my 52 lb head. I already can't find dress shirts to match my neck and arms... i dunno why people htink if you have a 20 inch neck that you are 8 feet tall and 9000 lbs.
Reverse bridge s a great exercise for neck, wrestlers and boxers uses it alot.
Ive seen one guy use a neck harness, i dont see any harm in using it. But with all the other things to train i dont think i would hae put it into my regime.
lie on a bench on your back head over the edge - towel on your forehead - start with 25 pound pound plate and do reps...then flip over - weight on the back of the neck - then flip and hit the sides
