Order shipped on October 10th - nothing yet

I made an order from an online company - they said it shipped October 10th, and would take 21-30 business days. The company listed elitefitness as a reference. I still haven't received anything, no package, and no seizure notice. I sent in a ticket, and they basically told me that they can't tell if I'm a scammer or not, so I'm basically SOL.

WTF? Can anyone help me out? I'm not sure what to do at this point, as they won't respond to my ticket anymore. Help!

Dunno bro. Sounds like you got screwed. EF doesn't endorse sources. I hope their initials don't include S and A, not necessarily in that order...

If you're under 21, dont ask. If asked by an under-21 member, don't tell.
Saying "I know you're going to do it anyway even though it's a mistake" is not "providing guidance" -- it is a cop-out.
