I placed an order with orbit and emailed twice for status because website only say processing. This is my second order. First one was lightening fast. This one is horrible. Very upset I haven't received product, communication or anything from orbit. They have my $ and I have since ran out of product. Now I am going to go to vitamin shoppe and go back to my old products because I can at least count on it. Horrible customer service. I hope I just fell through the cracks but two unanswered emails? Sent a third today but I have reached end of my patience. All I wanted was a response. Out of stock have in a month would have been fine. Then I could have made contingency plan. Now I'm out of product, out $ and can't get response and they have no phone # on their website. Hope he at least refunds me but who knows.
