I've been doing Niacin at that dose for years. Liver values are are all fine and always have been. I think the niacin is toxic thing is a myth.

It is not a myth. There are too many studies that show high dose niacin does impact liver values. Slow release niacin has a greater impact on the liver!

google: niacin liver damage

With that being said, you are right in that you know that niacin is not impacting your liver because you get your values checked! So for you, it is simply not the case.

Hang onto your doublebiceps.... Dr.s Orders. To bring up my HDL.

Guess what, it works.

Yes, studies and real life experience prove you and your Dr. are dead-on.

I was put on high niacin to improve my levels and my liver values shot way up.

I think the differences between those who are "winging it" with out blood tests and Dr.'s supervision need to be aware of the risks they are taking in general.

Niacin has been proven to impact liver values. When you liver values go up, it indicates you liver may be under stress. I am just saying that for those who do not realize it and for the many who are just winging it.

Bottom line: Anyone who is taking high doses of niacin must have regular blood tests to measure their essential liver enzymes.

Add into the mix oral AAS, you run a real risk of impacting your liver. That is all I was trying to communicate.

No disrespect intended halfcenturian.

BTW: I cannot fit my hands around my biceps..and I have big hands.

lol...good discussion!

you know, I guess I must have been lucky over the years as I have run heavy doses of basically everything for years now, and generally dont take precautions beyond hcg and anti-e's, and have never had anything out of whack on a blood test. Only thing I ran into is I think the ole prostate is a little enlarged now so I have been on 5mg proscar for a few months
lucky bro.

Good stuff guys. I use either AI's cycle support or life support. Most of the designer AS will dry you out like crazy. It is common sense, but a lot of bros overlook water consumption. You should be drinking at least two gallons a day while running orals. Joint and ligament support is crucial too. I take upwards of 10 grams of cissus a day. Don't forget taurine and extra potassium for those low back pumps as well.

Cycle support has everything that is important to cover all of the above for a fraction of the cost of all the supplements mentioned combined. I ran 3 months of legal designer steroids straight thru and just got approved for life insurance last week while still on.
