I'm a first-timer, 25 yrs old 5'10 170 lbs, need to pack on some muscle. I eat about 1g/lb protein per day through natural food and protein powder/bars as well as 10g/day creatine mono, work out every other day. I definantly dont want to dart myself, my buddy I worked with was a pro body builder and always complained plus I hate needles unless needed. He suggested taking dbol but we lost touch when I quit that job. I was thinking going just d-bol maybe 25-30mg and some nolvadex for anti-e. Any other tips or stuff to add, remember only orals- I know its not the best route but I refuse to dart myself
 
actually a dbol cycle is as good as anything else, it all falls down on how you eat, keep training intensity,rest and PCT.Dbol is a steroid like anything else.alot will be water weight, but the increase in poundage on the exercise will add extra mass, get at least a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
you can run it for as long as 8 weeks providing you keep up water intake, drink plenty of cranberry juice, and liver protectors.

dont do dbol bor if you want to do a oral do tbol or var easier to come off and leaner gains but word to the wise orals are hard on your liver and cholesteral
 
Bro, First off Orals are worse for you and secondaly everyone that has done D-Bol only for a first cycle lost almost all there results after use and most of the results was bloat anyway

Why does everyone say that! Needsize, Retabolil, myself all us vets have run cycles much longer with no problems, Jeezus! Its a steroid like everything else.

exactly, goddamn old wives tales still floating around, dbol is the same as any other steroid, and its very anabolic too! If all your gains are bloat, then your training and diet suck ass, dont blame the gear...you will obviously lose any water, but many mistake that for muscle....but since its so anabolic, it is great for actual muscle mass gains
 
well bro, i suggest you get over the fear of needles and get some injectables, i had to do it, many many others on here got up the nerve to kick the fear, so you need to also!!

2wk 20mg E/d (start nolva here and continue until end 20mg e/d )

Dbol only for a 1st cycle is fine, you'll make good gains. No point in ramping it though, just use 30 mgs e.d. for 6-8 wks. Nolva should be fine for PCT. Good luck bro.
 
100% percent agreed i myself love dbol and dbol only at that. At some point in the future i'll be jabbing but at my age my test levels feel like they throught the roof already. The only thing is IMO for a 4 weeker i'd do 25mgs starting at 10mg then seeing how you react and or i would do 10mg for 8 weeks... Either way as long as your diet is ion check you'll gain and gain some strength... Finally the reputable vets chimmed in on the dbol bashing... NICE
 
I still say you need 200 mgs/ of test a week in addition to the dbol to really make it happen. So get over the fear of needles you junkie!!! It's just a matter of time before your sucking cock for your next shot.

I'm feeling sick...need to get better....ooooohhh the pain....neeed test. Maybe I can pawn the plasma tv set for $$$??? I'm jonesin'...got to get big. Betty Ford Clinic here I come.
 
Well Im not going to jump on the DBol only bandwagon, I just want to say the posters here have a lot of class for first off not treating the kid like crap, and also agree'ing to disagree and not turning this into a flame war.

Over at bb.com, the original poster would have been negged 10 deep into the red for asking, would have had 10 posters calling him childish names and telling him what an idiot he is, then a Mod would have come in, told the kid he needs more research, or that steroids were not for him ( without helping him a bit ) and then close the thread.

Anyhow its cool to find a board where people try and help newbies, not treat them like crap for asking questions. We all wernt born with the knowledge we have today, ya gotta start somewhere.

Agreed mostly because alot of the guys here are real while some maybe even half are fake posters who do not have real world knowledge or even workout for that matter... Bottom line.. Dbol isn't called the breakfast of champions for nothing.. And it can be a usefull tool while dieting,bulking and maintaining. And it's great for those who aren't ready to crossover... IMO it's just so very flexible!

Now i won't say another word because this will turn into one of those nasty threads..... :)

My first cycle was Dbol only, and i turned out ok ................................
