I'm a first-timer, 25 yrs old 5'10 170 lbs, need to pack on some muscle. I eat about 1g/lb protein per day through natural food and protein powder/bars as well as 10g/day creatine mono, work out every other day. I definantly dont want to dart myself, my buddy I worked with was a pro body builder and always complained plus I hate needles unless needed. He suggested taking dbol but we lost touch when I quit that job. I was thinking going just d-bol maybe 25-30mg and some nolvadex for anti-e. Any other tips or stuff to add, remember only orals- I know its not the best route but I refuse to dart myself
