Oral winny... split my dosage?

Guy fellas,

I'm using 50mg BD oral winny tabs. I was wondering if I should be splitting my dosages 25mg x2 ED, or just take it all at once?

Nayone have any experience as to what has better results?

What is the half life of oral winny?

Spliting the dose will keep blood levels more even.
