oral winnie only

alright i know everyone going to start beakin and say dont do winnie but I recently bought some oral winny and are curious on how i should cycle it. Guy i bought it off said 1 pill a day half hour before work out a day. The pils are 10ml each. Im 23 years old coming on 24 in a Month 5 7 147 5 body fat. I have done alot of research. Puchesed some milk thistle and some fish oil for joint pain to run during cycle.my question is how much u think i should take. I read that many suggest 20 ml so that be 2 pills right. And how long should i go for best results.6, 8 weeks. I ve read other places to take one pill morning, milk thistle after noon and another winnie at night.or should i just take milk this regularly during or after cycle. hope to hear from u guys with no problems haha, and wondering how u spouse to ease off of it slowly. i dont want to gain more than 10 poounds just be even happy with 5 pounds so that why i dont wanna take d bal and all that. i eat very clean every 3 hours 6 times a day have all the nutrition down. been stuck at weight for a while and just want to gain 5 pounds of muscle or more and be happy. thx again guys:supercool
 
@147 don't you think you can gain a bit more naturally first ?

and 10mg won't do anything for you standard dosage seem to be somewhere in 50-75mg ED
 
im usually 149-151.. i was injured recently and just weighted my self havent been hittin the weights and have lost weight(muscel mass) due to it. i was eatting alot and got up to 151 but have dropped since injury. it is hard for me to gain and i want to gain muscle not fat so thought this would help... thx for the help...

so than if ur saying 50 mg id have to take 5 pills?.. wow haha thx again for help

I agree,,,for a male 10mg will do nothing positive. 50-100mg daily.
 
so than ur sayin take 5 pills a day than right. that is 50 mg? and what would i expect to gain with that? would that be worse for my health. also how long cycle would i take. 4 6 weeks and when would i take milk thistle. thx again for help
 
I don't know your cycle history or your knowledge about aas,but don't sleep on winny. It is a dangerous drug, it is very hepatoxic and raises your lipids, and drys you out. Meaning it can be hard on your joints. I personally love winny, if you run it correctly it is a good finisher... The dude is telling you not to take less than 50 mgs a day, which i agree with. If you have 10mg pills take take 25 mgs in the am and 25 mgs in the pm. You can split them up... Winnie's half life is around 8-9 hrs.
 
okay well they are capsules so be hard to split. what if i did 40mg/ u see im not that big of a guy 5 7 at most so u think 50 mg still be the best? i work during the day construction and ususaly hit the gym at 4 so should i take the first 20-25 before breakfest and than the other 25 at 4 right before the gym. breakfest being 6 am.. id have 200 pills so that probably last me 5 weeks or so.. aslo when would be the best to take the milk thistle. thank you for all the help. makes me wonder about this dealer how he told me just to take one pill every day half hour before work out. like i said before i just wanna gain 5-8-10 pouunds and dont think test d ball the answer? thank you

winny is a poor choice. do some research.. you dont think test/dbol are the answer but you are wrong. do some research please save the winny for later.

you need to eat more. if you do not eat more you will not be able to maintain any new weight you might gain. start eating/drinking more calories now while natural and see what you need to do to gain weight. once you have that figured out then cycle.

some tips for taking in more cals are:
adding olive oil to your meals
add more dense carbs to your meals like rice/bread/potatoes
add more meals
increase the size of your meals/snacks

and my favorite mass building tip:
GOMAD = drink a gallon of milk a day.

830 -9 one sweet potatoe 6-8 ounce chicken breast lettuce..

11 1 cup brown rice 8 ounce fish veggies

1- chicken breast patote lettuce

3- 2 cans tuna olive oil lettuce

after work out 2 cups of protin with cup of oats and cup of blue berries

6- 2 lean beef patties cup of brown rice vegetables

8 rice cakes or cheese peanut butter. nuts

than before bed. cup of protin and 1 cup casein

...isnt that eatting alot?

i have done my resarch on eatting and fittnes for years and all that. that is why i have resorted to the terrible "winny cycle"

Judging by your post you don't know anything about AAS and sound immature regarding the subject. I would gain natural or wait until you've done more research. Research will show you this cycle is retarded

It looks like you're getting enough protein, but not enough carbs and maybe fat. At your age, if you're knocking down 200g+ of protein a day, training with any effort and not gaining, then you're not getting enough calories.

Go with what judo tom said and drink milk, or just eat more. Don't be afraid to add some bf in the short run, with your metabolism you'll take it right back off.

Fix your diet first or your $ will be wasted on aas.
 
I agree w/ jake the format looks good.. the protein looks good but the cals are low. I know the cals are low because you are not gaining. It doesnt matter how much you are eating if you are not growing you are not eating enough for you right now. So eat more.

I would go out and buy some good olive oil you can add some of that to every meal
eat the whole egg not just the whites
also mix up your veggies.. a lot of lettuce get in some peppers/onions/etc

also when you look to add muscle you have to be willing to add some fat along w/ it. If you dont realize this you will not get any bigger. Stinks but that really is how it works for 90% of the people or more. you bulk.. then cut.. im not saying go crazy and get a gut but you just have to learn one way or the other that you need to eat more.

okay thx alot.. so just eat liek 5 egg in morning maybe add in some bread? and no egg whites. i was getting some good results but i ended up gettin a shoulder injuy and havent been able to pump it for 6 weeks or so just light weights. i weighted myself today 144.6 :S feels like all that hard work was for nothing :( haha ive just had messed up weights in the past. i was usually 160 155 growin up. i hit a bad time in my life was depressed i was 185 2 years ago or 3. i hit the books and gym hard got down to 145 150 now im just scared that ill get fat like that again i guess hahah when i wanna add the muscle. anyways thx again for all the help and understanding. ibe seen other winnie posts and how some people have been pretty negative and lean. thx again

only thing though. i fn hate fish!! haha any substitutions?. alos i work a physic demanding job so sometimes most of time i eat 2-3 hours a day so it can be hard. like sometimes ill eat 2 hours than 3 hours after than back to 2 kinda thing. does that mess anything up. thank you
 
im still not a fan of winny only but ill still help out.

if you work a crazy job and ive been there you need protein bars or something similar.. make your own.. bring turkey and cheese rolled up.. down protein shakes.. etc etc

again take all your protein shakes except the pre workout one with milk. even just skim milk although at your weight add at least 1% in their

if you hate fish start with tuna fish and make a real good tuna salad.. mix in flavoring or whatever.. or try salmon.. salmon cooked in coconut oil is awesome.. some mango salsa on top and it rocks..

the best way to track your REAL diet is to write everything down that you eat for a week.. take pics of everything if you can too.. even just a quick cell phone pic.. then review, critique and improve.. you track your weight, your performance, etc etc
 
alright thx for all the help ofcourse i bought the winnie before i did all the research. im glad i came across you guys though. just thought taking winnie alone with this diet and how i work out would get me just ripped haha. be eatting like that for some time now. going to do what u say. above there is a 3000 calorie diet. i also take protin and casien before bed going to throw some skim milk in there with it at night. thx again take care. if u were to add a protin bar in that meal plan there where would u add it. thx
 
just diet, and milk thistle ain't gonna do shit for your liver on winny try liv52 I highly reccomend you rethink this cycle, and say goodbye to your nuts
