So needles and I don't really get along, which is to say i have a phobia of them. which steroids can I take orally? I'm up against a really bad set of genes from some very round parents, and loosing any weight at all is an uphill battle for me right now.
 
tell us more. age, height, weight, fitness goals, how long you have been training, list a typical day of eating, what does your training look like?

i understand its a lot to write but no one will be able to help you without this information.
 
Perfect diet, great training, and cardio is your answer for now. While there are a couple of AAS that have mild ways of aiding fat burning, they are definitely not your answer right now.

Hang out around here and read and learn.

Steroids are for gaining weight, not losing weight. If you need to trim down, then you are loking a diet adjustments, not steroid sbro.

And like Joe D said, we need some specific information from you.
 
lol i know what theyre for. i couldve worded that whole thing better. even though i want to get bigger, loosing any of the fat thats covering it is a lot more work than it should be, since i have really crappy genes for this sort of thing.

im 21, 6ft. 208lbs. my goal is to not be so fat. while im fairly strong, none of my muscles really show a whole lot. i took a metabolic test two weeks ago, and i burn on average 2,407 calories a day at rest.

a typical day of eating starts at about 7am. i have a bowl of cereal (special k, kashi golean crunch, wheaties) a banana, a glass of orange juice, and some pro-biotic yogurt. lunch is usually either steak, or some other type of meat. dinner usually consists of soup, or a sandwich. i have my protein after my workout if i have the money to get it.

my typical training consists of an hour of cardio, either eliptical or treadmill walk/run. then anywhere between 5-10 sets of 10 in the muscle group, no less than four exercises total, plus anywhere from 200-500 inclined situps. if i do less than 300, i do suspended leg curls til i can't do them anymore.

i work out after work, around 4pm, and go to sleep around 11pm. my work day is mostly sedentary at my stupid desk.

right now im taking BSN Atrophex 3 caps x2/day, and just finished off a bottle of MRI No2. I'm reading in another thread that dianabol is the best oral one. if dbol is any good, should i stack it with clenbuterol?

this stack looks like what im looking for, but im not too sure on the integrity of the source.

ok here is what i would do. shed the fat first.

sups:
daily multi v and some sort of ephedra fat burner stuff

diet:

foods to chose from:

protein- beef, chicken, fish, turkey, egg whites
carbs- oats, real whole grain bread like ezekiel, sweet tater, brown rice, whole grain pasta
fats- unsalted mixed nits
veggies- onions green peppers, broccoli, asparagus, spinach
fruits- apples, banannas, blueberries

breakfast:
60% protein, 40% carbs + 1 bananna

lunch:
60% meat, 40% complex carbs include the carbs from a serving of veggies + 1 apple

dinner:
70% meat, 10% carbs from veggies only 20% fats

use the blueberries as an any time snack and drink tons of water

do cardio as soon as you wake up before you eat for 45 mins 5 days per wk. if you need to cut more food cut carbs (not from veggies) and if you are to hungry you can add nuts between meals.

for the weights try this. a 3 day split

day 1
Legs
• Leg Presses: 3 Sets x 12 Reps
• Leg Curls: 2 Sets x 12 Reps
• Standing Calf Raises: 2 Sets x 12 Reps

day 2 off

day 3
Chest/Shoulders
• Flat Barbell Bench Presses:
2 Sets x 10 Reps
• Barbell Shoulder Presses:
2 Sets x 10 Reps

day 4 off

day 5
Back
• Front Pulldowns: 2 Sets x 10 Reps
• Barbell Rows: 2 Sets x 10 Reps

Arms
• Barbell Curls:
2 Sets x 10 Reps
• Lying Tricep Extensions:
2 Sets x 10 Reps

day 6 and 7 off from lifting and cardio

make the weight so you can bairly finish the last rep of the last rep.

once your bf gets where you want it we can change your diet and routine.
 
your 208 and you say you are heavy? that means that you probably don't have much lbm. my advice is to loose the fat, you will be smaller, then get into some muscle building training. what is your bf%?? are you like 25-30%?
your diet needs a lot of work. try cardio in the AM a few times a week. Cardio before working out is not the best thing. 4-5 days/week of weight training.
don't use any supplements right now for fat loss. Those should only be used supplementally! hence the word supplement. Loose the weight without anything, you can do it with our help. Check out the diet and training forums. no need for AAS right now!

Diet is the key to losing that stubborn fat.
ANAVAR is about the only all oral cycle I would feel comfortable suggesting to you.

Don't use steroids as a vehicle to lose fat. Diet and cardio is your answer.
Joe D gave some good suggestions on clean foods to structure a majority of your diet around.
 
Diet, cardio in the AM right before you eat anything when you first wake up, lift weights...if you really need an aid to lose bodyfat, then use an ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack (search ECA, you will read all about it). Save the steroids for when you are ready to focus on growing.

I do like Anavar for burning fat, but not in your case right now. It'll be a waste of a first cycle.

Definitely NO dbol right now. You think you look chubby now? LOL
 
I'd love to see a fatty go on a tren cycle and see how much melted right off him :)
