So what's this special Protein Bar Recipe? The best part of my Raw Protein Bars is you get the protein, but you don’t get all the chemicals found in packaged bars. My bars have only 5 or 6 ingredients depending on the flavor. The protein bar recipe contains:

Just do what works for you bro, but make sure you're taking the right steps to protect your liver. Winny is very liver toxic. Eat antioxidants and drink cranberry juice to help cleans the liver and take some sort of liver protectant. I'm not trying to push something on you, you can find your own product but my roommate and I both use N2Gaurd because of it's ingredients and what it does. If you don't want to use that then do some research and find something better than just milk thistle alone. Good luck with your cycle bro.
