Oral only cycles

What is an advised beginner oral only cycle ? I am 29 years old 10% body fat 185lb. It will be my first cycle.

40 to 50 mg tbol for 4 to 6 weeks would be good or 50 mg anavar another for 6 weeks would be the good option

Back in the day a simple 30mg a day of dbol would have sufficed.

if you use dbol make sure you use an AI

Why oral only? It will shut you down regardless and you will get more out of it with even 250mg test a week.
