I wanted to share my experience using fina orally because there is so much debate about it. Last year I broke my foot and I took an entire year off of training. I got sick of the way I was looking. I was skinny, but soft. So, I was anxious to get started. I have no idea how to get gear, so I decided to just use fina. I take 6 pellets per day (3 AM, 3 PM). I crush them and absorb sublingually. I am in the ninth day of using and keep in mind that during these nine days I have only worked out 5 days. I was too impatient to work out naturally for a few months before I started gear. The results have been amazing. I have gained 10 pounds and literally transformed my body. Nothing freakish to this point, but I am at a stage of development in 9 days that it would normally take me 3 months naturally to get there. I can’t really report strength increase, because my muscle endurance is still lacking. I’m drinking a gallon of water a day at least and I’m taking cranberry extract. Diet isn’t great, but I’m getting 400g protein per day. I’ve had no problems with kidneys, but I’ve got a little acne on my back and shoulders. Its manageable however. I wanted to share this with everybody because I have absolutely no doubt that using fina orally is very effective.
