Testosterone is produced in buccal delivery form, where you place the tab in the buccal pouches in the mouth, and absorption is through the oral epithelium. It is not 100% though.
There is no pharmaceutically produced oral nandrolone that I know of, but I think IP makes one. It also would have limited absorption.
If you are talking about modified versions of these two compounds to give them oral activity, then these would be:
methyltestosterone and normethandrone.
Everyone pretty much knows the first one, but the second is actually a potent progestagen. Norethandrolone (17-ethylnortestosterone - Nilevar) is another 17 alpha-alkylated nortestosterone that was used as an anabolic. It too is an active progestagen.
