Optium chocolate whey + insomnia

My trainer has insomnia as I do. Yesterday he told me that he thinks his chocolate whey may be one of the contributing factors because cocoa has traces of caffeine in it he just realized. If you take it at night this could cause problems with sleep. I personally use vanilla but I thought I would just bring this up. It may or may not be a problem.

well some people are very sensitive. I personally can not fall asleep if I have anything caffeinated after 2 pm.

Take some ZMA on an empty stomach as directed, you'll fall right asleep!
I take Otimum chocolate whey and have no problem. It's sensitivity.

yeah I take zinc and magnesium and melatonnin before bed. It doesn't make me sleepy but I fall asleep in an hour. Problem is I have been waking up 3-4 times a night and also the last few nights I have been getting nightmares lol. I mean its not like I am a little kid but because this shit gives me really freaky dreams I having dreams where I die in my sleep by have a talking, flying gorilla ripping me to shreds. Its not too pleasnt. If it keeps up I may have to go back to having insomnia again because I never found anything else that worked other then ambien.

I think you have personal issues :) . Don't drink anything caffeinated after 6pm or last meal. usually caffeine affects your system for about 5 hours from the time you take it. I suggest you drink a lot of water if you are real hyperactive. Or watch some TV to stop thinking that you won't fall asleep. Usually it's all mental dude. You can also drink a beer to make you forget, or smoke some weed. If you continue this, you might become to anxious about it. I suggest you take some St. John's Wortz for this. It will help your anxieties and such as well. Just chill out man.
