Optimum whey is mediocre in quality, but good at price. It's Whey Concentrate only if I recall... much better choices in terms of quality would be MET-Rx or Ultimate Nutrition. I would go with Met-RX anyday... their formula contains (Milk Protein Concentrate, Calcium Sodium Caseinate, Whey Protein Isolate, L-Glutamine, Dried Egg white. also extremely low in lactose.)

it's not optimum, but the price is unbeatable. i just had 10lbs of the isolate show up at my door this morning (ordered last tuesday), mixed it with some milk and nestle quik, and the stuff is virtually tasteless.
