Optimum anabolics?

I have got the program recently, it is promoted by George Spellwyn on this board.

I have tested the workout regime, 5 days with supersets and two days off, to start with. Seems a bit to much for my body, I am not getting enough recuperation between workouts. Probably due to my age, 64 years.

The program for diet seems logical. My daily calories is calculated to 2660 kcal/day as the base for building muscles and losing fat. I am 6´1 and 203 lbs, 12% BF. Protein is 200g/day, carbo 230g/day and fat 100g/day, that is P 35%, C 35%, F 30%.

In the diet program there is a three week cycle with VERY low protein, max 30g/day. This is a new idea that is said to jumpstart natural test levels, seems a bit controversial for me.

I am on a 12 weeks cycle and my problem is to apply this diet program to someone on a cycle. The idea is to stimulate the natural test level, growth hormones etc by manipulating the diet without using supplements (and gear).
I also would like to have comments on this diet when on a cycle, protein seems low in general, the daily recommendation is 1,14 g/lbs Lean Body Mass.
Max protein 30-40 g per serving.

I read Jeff Anderson's presentation of his program. There's nothing original about protein cycling contrarily to what he says. Marcus R. Jones presented the concept in 1998!
