i just purchased optimum 100% whey and it has 22 grams of protein per serving (one scoop)and i was just wondering if this is enough to build muscles or should i double or tripple the scoops and how many times a day should i take it .
Yes that should be fine. It really depends on your goals. You probably need to try to get in about 2-3 grams for every pound you weight. So may need to try to eat more real food. I would take 2 scoops at a time, maybe even a couple times a day.
i found i can mix up to 3 scoops in a regular glass without having it turn into paste. any more than 3 scoops, and its nasty, and not to mention a waste, as your body can only process 50-60 grams every 2 hours
