Optimal Tren dose?

28 yo 5'8 208 13% bf 6 cycles under my belt. For bulking purposes, What would you guys say is the optimal dose for Tren E? Thanks.

tren E is usually dosed 250mg/mL, i would shoot it twice a week, .75mL would be a good baseline if you have never tried it... would be 375/wk which is comparable to tren ace @350/wk which is 100mg eod due to ester weight differences...

Sorry to high jack but would you dose tren hex around the same. First tren cycle. Think it's 75 or 78mg per ml. Want to use it to bulk. Running it with 500mg of test e.
