OK, so one of my bro's has decided to do a first cycle of 50mg eod tren, 30 mg eod winny, and 50 mg eod test prop, .5 mg ed of armidex and clomid post cycle. I have tried to inform him that tren is an advanced drug that, while excellent, is probably not good for a first time user (He's a loyal follower of the fina board). he tells me that at the lower doses he'll be OK and get the results he wants, which is to lose 3-4% bf while maintaining lean body mass or perhaps gaining 5-10 pounds. I must admit to not possessing enough knowledge about this type of cycle for a first time user. He is dead set on the fina, so perhaps someone on here could come up with a different good cycle for him so i can show this to him and maybe change his mind! I suggested anavar at 50 mg ed for 6 weeks coupled with 300 mg per week (8 weeks) of test prop broken into eod shots. Lastly, he is doing this after lifting heavily for 4 years. He's 24 and starting January 3rd. 6'0, 205 probably 14-16% bf (I'm guessing since he is a little bigger than me at 195, 12.5% bf). He will not take any long-lasting systemic drugs since he is getting married end of March and wants to be done end of february so he can do clomid therapy and be pretty much wrapped up by honeymoon time. Any ideas, or is this a good cycle? Thanks in advance.

his cycle is too weak...tell him tst prop at 100mgs ed or eod/fina 750mgs ed/winny 50mgs ed...or this..anavar 40-60mgs or more/winny/test/fina....anavar/eq/test is good too...tell him to take creatine with anavar always

with both cycles the modest results he is looking for are attainable. i personally would bump up the dosage for some and change a few things here and there but he just wants to gain a little edge so both cycles should work for him. at that dose test though he wont need that much arimidex daily. .25mg ed or .50 eod would be better.

Just curious as to what you might do, then. As both you and ultra seem to see this as too mild, then would the standard 75 fina ed, 50 winny ed, 100 prop eod with .5 armidex (of course all the supps including creatine and glutamine, ALA, etc.) be the way to go. If you have time, could you expound a bit? I'm trying to gather info before brinign it all to him, and perhaps my inital advice to him was wrong. Thanks.

i agree with what ultragainz wrote dark. but even with the dosages you wrote since this is your friends first cycle he should be able to achieve the goals he wants.

oh tis his first cycle hit 50mgs of fina ed...if he wants to add fina in...50mgs of fina eod is fine too....but the test prop at 50mgs eod is NOT good...lol 100mgs eod is better
