When you get a new vial of whatever, is it full to the top, or just 3/4 full? I got a vial of UNI DECA 300, supposed to be good suff, but it was only filled 3/4 full, and had a metal tab on top instead of a plastic cap. The metal tab was unopened. Was I scammed?

I already did one inject in quad and it went in smooth, no pain during or after.

i've never had any pain injecting deca (unlike test), and i also never seen a vial full to the top, but dunno about the metal tap.

some ug labs don't put the plastic cover on their vials doesn't mean it's not good,also come or over dosed others are underdosed,depends on the lab
Be sure to get a swab and rub alcohol on that rubber stopper before drawing.
