Was considering a 20 weeker.
1-20 test e @ 700/wk.
1-10 deca @ 400/wk.
1-4 tbol @50/day
16-20 tbol @50/day
HCG toward end of cycle
nolvadex for PCT
Shitty idea? Would like your thoughts. I've tried bulking, then time off, then cutting after that. I'm sure my diet had alot to do w/ it but damn I lost alot b/n cycles. I felt like my calories were up and was consistant w/ training. So this 20 weeker is the lastest greatest idea. I figured hit it hard this winter and then cut around late spring ending around the first on June. Let that be it for the year. Could I be setting myself up for a bad crash and recovery?

36 yrs old
5'-9 1/2"
190 lbs.
3 cycles to date
been training for approx. 12 yrs.
13-15% BF at the moment
