I've been taking about 6 or 7 grams of CLA a day while on a cutting diet. This stuff can be kinda pricey, but I'm losing fat and actually seeing small gains in muscle, of course that could be from the other supps I'm on and my diet/training routine.
Do y'all think this stuff is beneficial and worth the $$$?
