opinions/help please

Hi, i've been working out for a while now.

I'm 18 years old, 140 Lbs, 5 feet 9 inches.
I don't eat junk food, just healthy stuff.

I can't seem to add any muscle, i can only define what i have.

Now i've made my mind up that i'd like to go the Anabolic Route.

What do you people suggest will work well with my size??

which kinds in particular, any pills while doing injection??

Why dont you just eat like a mule, but pretty clean foods?

Your test levels are high right now bro, give it six months of hard work. If you dont see results use the AS
 
think Mustang is right again.....

Look at your protein intake....your overall caloric intake....EAT, EAT, EAT, train, EAT, EAT, EAT.....

if you use AS you'll have to do that anyway....
 
i suggest a cycle like this-
280 g protein/ed
3,500 calories/ed
5 grams creatine/ed
at least 8 hrs sleep everyday.
 
Dude forget eating clean...

As long as there is veggies in there.. and some healthy stuff.. then you can pile in the pizzas! Add lots of milk and some protein shakes..

When I first begun training 15 years ago.. I weighed 10.5/11 stone.. about 140-150lbs at 6ft.

I drank upto 10 pints of milk a day, ate what mom put on the table.. and within 6 months I was 13 stone.. I then had to do loads of cardio to get rid of a stone of fat..

voila a good 15lbs natural muscle in 6 months.
