Opinions about "low fat" food

I have a SERIOUS sweet tooth, and so I bought these ice cream sandwhiches called "skinny cow". They're 130 cals, 1.5 g's of fat and 1 g of fiber per serving. Am I kidding myself by thinking its ok to eat these, lol? Basically my focus is on fat loss right now. I've lost 20 lbs but still not looking too hot so I'm really trying to watch what I eat. My body's really strange.. if I even breath the same air as someone eating a slice of pizza I'll gain 10 lbs. Diets pretty good but I'm praying I can incorportate this in as I crave sweet stuff to the point where I wake up in the middle of the night prepared to scavange the earth for a piece of chocolate (sad I know). Anyway, I know nothing about food and u guys are the experts so ANY advice would be appreciated!

Skinny Cow has some tasty sandwiches!! YUM!!

Check the label for the sugars....... AND REMEMBER, MODERATION IS KEY!! Have 1 if you must, not 2 or the whole package......start trying to de-train that sweet tooth. It can be habit more than anything really.....

I think you need to post up exactly what you’re eating, how much, when etc…

I’m sure you can fit in your Fat Free Ice Cream at least a once or twice a week if you’re clear on exactly what you’re feeding yourself throughout the day.

Maybe you're not eating enough of the right foods to keep you satisfied throughout the day... healthy fats, balanced meals etc.

I have to agree with the all-knowing Bunns here. I used to have bad cravings too and used to top off many meals with those sugar-laden Balance bars through the week telling myself they weren't all that terrible for you. But now that I finally seem to have the right mix of foods in my diet, those cravings are gone. It doesn't mean I don't drool thinking about my one cheat meal of the week, but that everyday need for suger no longer exists. Sometimes you just need to beat the addiction altogether instead of still feeding it from time to time...just my 2 cents as I stare at my next meal of grilled chicken and veggies.
