6 ft, 217, 16% body fat
Have bulking cycle and would appreciate your guys opinions. not trying to get super huge just want to put on some good thick muscle and not look to much like blow fish.i know diets going to be large part of it but anyway here it goes.
150 mg deca 1cc week for 10 weeks(take it cause helps where had back surgeries)

or 1cc week for 10 weeks

what are your opinions and have extra bottle of boldanon would it be any help? not a pro at this just trying to get the best out of what i got.
