opinion desired on sust/deca

Should see some pretty good gains as long as your workout and diet are good. I've put on about 17 pounds on a deca only cycle at the same mg/week.

good gains with a little bloat with proper pct it could be a monster ass cycle bro. IMO run the sus longer than the deca.

How do u think i should combine the 2

I like a Sus/deca cycle. Usually get good gains. But, personally, I don't like to end a cycle with Sustanon. So I'll switch to a shorter acting ester like propionate or even enanthate 2-3 weeks from the end of the cycle.

djmz92, IMO you do not have enough deca. That is too short a cycle for deca if you want good results. IMO run the deca with the Sus for 10 weeks and you should have some good gains.
