OOPS I did it again!!! lol

so after injecting calfs and enduring 5 days of pain.....i noticed that the outer heads of my calfs are noticeably bigger....measurement went up by 1/2" with just one stick....now i know its just swelling but right now the pain is gone and it feel great to flex my calf...feels like something is there and my calfs really look noticeably different....so i stuck them again today but hit the inner heads!!! haha i luv pain!!!! but really.....with continued sticks it will make the msucle larger i know it even if its swelling...but i know one thing....the top of each one of my glutes is enormous and rock hard like a fake ass from all the sticks....it WILL work in the calfs...you've got to try it...or continue walking on what looks like an artificial leg!! haha lol :p
 
Are you using 5/8".
Just got mine in today.
I think I'm gonna do 3cc's b12 to see how it feels.
Even better, tommorrow's calf day.

yah 27 g 5/8 pin but only .3cc's not 3 cc's holy shit bro!! unless b12 is painless??? but i wouldn't even bother shooting them unless its something thats gonna cause a little swelling....that is the intent, it cause increased vascularity and fascia expansion. i am gonna start sticking tren ace there ed alternating left and right innner and outer.....

I just did it, in both calves.
It was a little over 3cc's in each, pulled the plunger till it stopped.
I did the outers.

actually primo/prop combo right now....hehe :evil: :chomp: :p i'll be starting another tren run in a few days so soon i'll be hitting ed sticks in every muscle imaginable....i used to be afraid but after shooting the most painful gear almost like acid i am siked for something mild like tren ace...i'll hit bi/tri/lat/pec/delt/calf/ and save glutes and quads for the prop/primo

calfs would be unreal if you overdid the volume.....
 
Since when does site injecting work? The only trheory that ever made any sense to me was that site injecting stretches the fascia surrounding the muscle, thus freeing up more room for growth. I am reasonably positive that is incorrect though.

Guys, if you want your calves to grow, double up on them for a month or two - work em twice a week. What rep range do you do for calves? They are the only body part that respond better to around 12-20 rep sets due to the preponderance of white muscle fibers.

Also, try shifting your foot placement - toes pointed outwards hits the inner head, and toes pointed in hits the outer head. Switch it up every few weeks to keep your body adapting.

Other exercises that put mass on your calves:

good mornings
lying DB ham curls (pretty sure these ones are why my calves grew so much recently)
squats
deads

Hell, if you are doing all of those, I doubt you even really need to work calves.

I've been doing them 3x/wk.
I take one day and do calves only.
I usually stay moderataly light so I can have a higher rep range.

i don't know why but after lots of pec injects in my upper pecs and stretching them when there swollen etc and probably wrecking the muscle it really added noticeable growth....the constant swelling and whatever else takes place give more muscle volume...atleast for me...but i react weird to oil/ba in gear....my ass swells up literally like an orange was under the skin...but i roll with it..sounds crazy but look at the shit we all do for muscle

thank you for sharing, it's the one place I have been afraid to inject, but perhap now I try
 
With a 5/8" there will be a build of of subcutaneous oil. (Which means less is getting into the bloodstream). And some scar tissue, so yeah, there is a little site enhancement going on. You may be better off just injecting sterile oil in and using the gear IM.

Have you tried my 4 minute calve routine? Now's the time!

i have been hitting that routine one out of the three times i train calfs each week.....i did it last night with standing calf raises on the smith machine.....used 2 45's on each side and just repped till i couldn't move the weight....rested about 8 secs than hit it again.

but i still don't know if 5/8" pin is subq in the calf???? that is pretty deep considering my legs have real thin skin...i can see the muscle twitch when flex them even cold...so its gotta atleast be going in 1/4' or so?

f*ck man i don't know what i am!!! lol the outer calfs stick wasn't bad because it was only primo and i think there less nerves there....but the inners i stuck with a mix of 100mg prop and 200mg primo....and to makes matters worse my left is rocked to!!!......i thought i was getting sick but now i think i am just sick from the pain!! :evil: :evil: oh well in 3 days it'll be fine.....then i'll stick it agian!!! lol what an idiot huh?? lol
 
Primo normally never hurts, Prop hurts even if you drink it,


I have injected into my calves many times, no big deal did not see any noticable change in size, and did not inject prop.

will probably never use prop again

at the time i am with you on all that.....especially the prop....when i switched to prop from enan i also added proviron and thought wow prop is so much better but maybe itwas just the proviron added to it that made the gains much cleaner??? oh and prop in the calfs are brutal....i am wanting to leave to do cardio in a few but keep sitting here afriad to stand up.....i have to stand on my toes for a minute of two and gradually let the muscle stretch out....oh and the pain while thats happening!!!
 
vf is hardcore! This is the kind of shit guys used to do -- try absolutely anything and everything. It's those kind of bold moves that brings about discovery. Props to you bro -- even if you are a crazy motherfucker. :)

lol thanks nelson but i'll take a modest approach and say i'm a stupid motherfucker!!!! it prob won't do anything for growth but for some reason i get a kick out of trying it....you tell me not to and i won't believe it until i exoerience the pain for a week...haha

i am gonna start sticking tren ace ed using calfs in the rotation and pecs/delts/ arms etc.....my last run with tren it was a blend and could only hit quad and glutes because it was just to harsh....this time with tren ace alone should be better....
