Cut to the chase:

* Friend goes to club. Gets in. Pays door.
* Friend's 2 friends come later, try to get in. Club's packed. Can't get it. Call friend on cell phone.
* Friend comes out, tries to reason with door security guy. Door security is dick. Friend asks for his manager. Manager comes out. Says no. Then says Friend is also barred from coming in for "not listening".
* Friend gets upset, says he just paid $20 15 minutes ago. If he can't come in, at least give money back.
* His 2 friends give up and leave. Only friend is left arguing with 3 security guys to give his money back.
* Friend gets punched by security guard and knocked to sidewalk. Friend immediately gets up and dials 911.

then.

* The 3 security guys (all 6-7 feet, 300-500lbs), knock friend down again. Grab him off sidewalk. Handcuff him. Grab him back into club. Take back into back room. Tie him to chair. Take 2x4 and start to wallop him everywhere.
* Instructions he heard were "hit him, but don't leave bruises".
* Keep walloping on him until he agrees "not to say anything to the cops, otherwise next time he'll be dead".
* They also dial 911 with some bullshit story.

Drag him back outside hog-style and wait for the cops.

* Cops arrive. 3 big bouncers make up some story of him being some beligerent drunk fighting with everybody, and they had to restrain him.
* Friend finally gets free and tells the story. Bouncers deny everything and it turns into a he said/she said.
* Cops just say "So you were arguing with bouncers right?" . "You were drinking tonight right?".
* Cops just say go home otherwise he'll be arrested.

* Bouncers laugh, and threaten him even more damage if they find him anywhere near their club.

That's pretty FUCKED UP don't you think? This is why you never go to Hollywood clubs unless you got a posse.

What can he do? They probably beat him (even took his cash out of his wallet) for 20 minutes straight. Even took out knives and threatened to slit his throat while laughing.

When I see "guy gunned down for apparently no reason" I`ll think it may be one of those bouncers that got whacked from this poor fella.

Sometimes people get even, depends on who you fuck with. Before I got married and had a family... I did`nt give a fuck what happened to me. I would do my homework and get justice. Now it`s different though.

but........arguing with bouncers is a fruitless task at the best of times, and calling the manager is a dick move, pisses everyone off

You just go back the week after and wait for the end, when the staff leaves the bar. The, Friend should just do remember that "God created all men, but Sam Colt made all men equal"... better yet. Fill a jar with gasoline (I know it's pricey lately but anyway), throw it on his face and light him up. Even the biggest guy in the world will do the Moonwalk...

What happened to "Friend" never happened to me. Apparently, bouncers are too smart to fuck around with people packin' heat.

He called again. Some more to this story:

* He never argued, he was polite all the time, and had a valid argument -- he just paid $15 10 minutes ago. If they didn't want him now for uknown reasons, he should get his money back.

but this is the catcher:

* Friend is persian. middle eastern. like 5'4" or whatever. Pretty small guy. US Citizen.
* While torturing and beating him, they made all kinds of racist slurs, called him towelhead, osama. Said this was payback for 9/11, etc. etc. Give him some "american justice".
* Even spat on him a few times and laughed. They turned up some ghetto blaster loud, so his screams couldn't be heard by clubgoers.

I told him he needs to go to the FBI, the ACLU, NAACP, Sheriff's Dept, News media. He's got a pretty big case here. I said if he was a hot chick, or a blonde blue eyed white male, they never would've done this or said that.

I know half the velvet-rope clubs here in Hollywood are mob-run and just fronts for million-dollar coke running operations, but i never knew they were this clumsy and trashy.

Poor guy. Nicest guy i know too. Sad when the color of your skin results in you getting your ass kicked by power trip 7 foot guy monkeys with god complexes.
