Your life can change.. One phone call, one word, one tear, one cry ... can make everything stop...

In one second you can go from a smile to a tear, from a heart so full its bursting to it feeling like its being single handily ripped from your chest... your body can go from strong and determined to weak and lifeless.

you can be left with just a shell... without any explination as to why... why is this nighmare happening.

Each day is so unpredictable, no one knows what tomorrow brings. A second is all it takes.

Its obvious yes.. something terrible is wrong. Not something simple enough to explain or do I care to. The thread was simply written to say that we take each day for granted, each second for granted.
