SInce I have been training late night, I was thinking about 1/2 cup oats, cup of skim, a tb of ANPB and some cottage cheese about an hour before.....train.....whey, glucose, creat, gluta. immmidiately after.....then my final meal about 15minutes before bed would be some fiberous veggies, 3-4cups of peanuts, casein shake, and some skim........decent?
