And he was already on probation for a prior marajuana arrest.

Just heard that his dumbass got arrested at the Galleria in Houston smoking weed in his car with some other people.

As stupid as that was, I really feel bad for him, what do you think will happen to him?? My guess is a month or two in jail, 6 months boot camp, 2 or 3 years probation, ect.

This really sucks, he had a fucking 3.7 GPA at UT, and was gonna graduate next year, now he's in jail and assured a criminal record.

I JUST GOT OUT FROM A ONE NIGHT VACATION, ALL EXPENSES PAID, FROM THE LOVELY JEFFERSON PARISH DE LA CASA!!!

LAST NIGHT I WAS HEADED HOME AND WAS PULLED OVER THEN HE RAN MY NAME AND IT CAME BACK THAT HAD A WARRANT IN ORLEANS PARISH. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT COULDNT BE RIGHT. ANYWAY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THE CHICK WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO VERIFY IT AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMED IT WAS VALID AND TOLD THAT TO THE COPS VIA NCIC. AFTER 5 HOURS IN JAIL IT CAME BACK THAT IT WAS A COMPUTER FUCK UP.

THOUGHT I WAS GONNA HAVE TO SPEND A COUPLE DAYS IN ORLEANS PARISH (CUZ THEY ARE THE SLOWEST MOFOS ON EARTH) BUT I WAS RELEASED ONCE IT CAME BACK THAT THE INCOMPETENT BITCH FUCKED UP ON THE COMPUTER.

yea, if you are currently on probation for it, and you get caught with it again, thats a pretty big slap in the face to the judge. Its a different story for your first arrest, but when your on probation and get arrested, the punishment is bad.
