One month of hard work...

i can see symmetry under that, especially in the last pic where you are relaxed

you're going to need a bigger back (more lats), focus on that.

dude i was 160lb when i started taking lifting seriously at 26

it's a long, unpaved road to get to your goal (oh, and there is no end lloollol)

lift and learn. eat. sleep. don't rush development, but don't be lazy.

find a balance and GO! you made awesome progress in a month, imagine what you'll look like in a year?

awesome. keep us posted

Thanks for the words of encouragement Swole. Im still hittin the gym hard and Im starting a new routine tomorrow morning, so hopefully things will continue progressing well!

ehh no such thing as hard gainers, just under eaters

nice legs btw :)

WOW, I so disagree with that statement. I have been working out for about 8 years now. I have worked with a few different top trainers (one even IFBB). I kept changing for different reasons, location, couldn't afford it anymore. And 2 of them I was doing a trade of service so it worked out (nothing dirty). The trainer who I have been working with since last Oct is AMAZING. He has really helped me put on some size but I am still such a hard gainer. I am dieting now but my bulk I was eating just over 3000 cals. 6 meals with 50p,30c,20 fat. Now I am dieting with 40,40,20. I want to gain about 20pds more of lean mass and I know that is going to take me many years. But I love the sport so I keep at it :)

The body is an experiment and it is just learning what works best with you. So far what I have been doing since Oct has been the best, but we will see what happens in the future.

Unless you are taking an insane amount of juice, it is hard for a ectomorph to build muscle. Especially a female ectomorph.

I am a total hard gainer - and took 3 years in the gym just to figure out what works for me - when I found out I started growing like a bean :)

How many calories a day do you get and how much protein?
