The first set of pics is from 3-29-08
Some measurements:
Right Bicep: 14in.
Left Bicep: 14 1/4in.
Shoulders: 44 1/2in.
Chest: 38in.
Waist: 34in.
Thighs: 22in.
Weight: 179 lbs.
Height: 6ft.
BF%: 16.9

At the beginning of all this I was thinking of doing a cycle, but decided not to after doing a bunch of research here. I know that I have a LOONNNGGG WAY TO GO..... and would appreciate all the feedback and pointers I can get. Especially about getting my effin chicken arms to grow! :rolleyes:
 
hey man we all have to start out somewhere.

Never forgot bodybuilding is a long road ,it is a life long journey keep lifting and eating and enjoy the trip
 
pfm, all I did this month was eat as clean as possible, and quit drinking booze....I hit the gym 5 days a week....lite cardio every morning before I ate...I think one of the biggest things was that I hadn't worked out my legs to speak of until this time. When I realized how much weight I could push with em I got all excited and worked them hard.

Oh yeah, I also bumped up my daily caloric intake and added about another 50+ grams of protein a day...

Good progress. I am the world's craziest hard gainer so I feel ya with the small arms. It will come, just keep hitting them hard. :)

ehh no such thing as hard gainers, just under eaters

nice legs btw :)
