One handed pushup question

Sub-Zero

High End Bro
Platinum
if it feels like i cant get propper ballance enough to do these, does it mean that im too weak to do it?

-i think i cant find the right ballance, but maybe i have it but too weak to keep

AND once and for all final time ill ask this.

what reprange do i want for maximum strength gain for minimum mass gain (so like i can weigh least possible with most possible strength)?

would this be the 10-12 rep range i want? or would i want something higher like 12-15, or would i want like 1

I wouldn't even worry about one-armed pushups. IMO, you will only do more harm than good. They are really rough on the shoulders.

You're better off doing traditional movements. Inclines, flats, dips, dumbells, etc,

This is just a guide, but you're supposed to be able to bench about 1.2 times your bodyweight to do a 1 hand pushups.

Makes sense, beacuse when you're doing a pushup, you are pushing roughly 60% of your bodyweight...

I like 4-6 reps for strength.

For pure strength and no minimal mass, I think its 1 to 3 reps in explosive way. 8-12 is for mass gains for most ppl.

One arm pushups are a joke. I can do 'em-so what! The key is to spead you legs wide, so as to make up for the balance your other arm would normally be giving you. As was stated previously, if you are doing them pushups with your right arm, then the left arm should be along side of your outer thigh. You should be holding on there. They are pretty easy, if you can get the form down. The are a joke though.
