I think i might have sasked this question before, but it is pertaining to body fat. I am one of those guys who maintains a year round low level, 4% to be exact. Cutting for me is to get to 3.8% which I am at right now. I was wandering what the effects were when maintaining such a low level of body fat. I wish i had the balls to go on a bulk plan but i just cant do it! I love abs way too much. So what are the harmful effects?? thanks guys
