once and for all does nolvadex help with water retention?

i've read and heard mixed reviews about this. some say it just blocks receptor sites to avoid gyno, but i have also read that it helps control water retention.

Any truth to this or no?

it does, but to a very small degree when compared to Aromasin or Arimidex, just use an advanced anti-estrogen like: Aromasin, Arimidex, Letrozole and that's it.

it will help with water retention because it blocks the estrogen from binding, which translates into less water retention. But like X said, if water retention is your problem their are much more effective things to use.

i've only done one cycle of test/deca and i didn't have much water retention at all. i'm more concerned with gyno, not so much cause i am prone or anything like that, just the fact that it scares me cause who the hell wants to have gyno

use a good anti-E during the cycle and keep the nolva handy for possible gyno symptoms
