I hear deca/primo/clomid, deca/sust/clomid, deca alone, sust alone. I am 6'2", 240lbs, good size just wants more. never used roids before, 30 years old. All i want is to get big and strong like my mom always wanted me to.

Testosterone is the best cycle base IMO. And along with nandrolone they'll work wonders Would be good to add Dianabol in the cycle.

My first cycle was 750mg sust/week and I had very good results and no side affects at all.

test/deca/d-ball is a typical mass cycle.. u can substitute the deca with equipoise if u want more solid gains...

Exactly what Parabolan said
for amounts I'd go Test 500mg's week 1-8, deca 400mgs. weeks 1-8 and dbol 30mg's weeks 1-4. Split your test/deca into 2 weekly shots (250/200). You can mix the deca and the test. Deca will take the sting out of the sus (if you use sus).

I agree with reconnect. deca 300mgs/sus 500mgs for 10weeks will defintiely get you big. We are talking 20-25lbs solid!
