on vs off days- the ol' rollercoaster diet

so I've recently refined my rollercoaster diet in that now I'm lifting M-W-F and eating big, and doing straight cardio T-TH-Sat and running as high a calorie deficit as I can stand, all while keeping protein intake high and eating every couple hours on all days.

I take 4mg creatine in the am on lift days, then another 4mg immediately post workout along with my weight gainer which is 600cals and approx 55%(carb)/35%(protein)/10%(fat) split

Is it possible to make good gains and cut at the same time doing this?

I assume you mean ur having a calorie surplus on "on days" and deficit on "off days".

To be honest, this sounds like a waste of time. You will cut/bulk simultaneously for a brief period if your a newb, otherwise don't expect anything spectacular.

If you want to simulatenously do both, you will need more extended periods of calorie surpluses. Eg., 2 weeks bulking, 2 weeks cutting (google "zig-zag" diet)
