Does anyone have any recipes, or know any brands of *nutritious* foods which have zero prep time and don't require utensils to eat (IE, soup) or have much cleanup time?

I'm at work nearly 7 hours a day, without any kind of lengthy break. Granola bars and the ilk are more or less what I'm looking for, but I shy away from sugary chemical-laden treats. Homemade recipes anyone could share would be keen.

Price is the other factor, which is why I can't just out and buy boxes of protein bars. The limiting factor on how many I eat in a work day is how much my bag can hold, not how much I can stomach.

I'm not really worried about the macronutrient ratios. Fat, carbs, protein, it's all good in my case. I just need to get stuff in my system through the work day.
 
what about sandwiches. load em up with different kinds of lunch meat...put it all on whole wheat and you're good to go. better than anything a protein bar can offer, IMO.

Yeah, only problem with the jerky is it has a shitload of sodium in it. Not a problem for some, but it's something I watch.

Campbell's now has these cup of soup things that you can drink, but their soup isn't exactly the best thing for you either.

Another option would be buying whole wheat pita bread, and throwing some tuna, mayo, and whole leaf spinach in there.

they also have tuna in the foil pouches, man that tastes better and is way less stinky. it does cost more than a can of tuna though.

also, if you go on line I'm sure you can find some places that offer low sodium jerkey.

Also you can get cottage cheese in little containers and throw it in the fridge. You can add some granola or bran flakes.

also you can make your own trail mix of nuts and dried fruit. Nuts ara great source of protein.
