Does anyone have any recipes, or know any brands of *nutritious* foods which have zero prep time and don't require utensils to eat (IE, soup) or have much cleanup time?
I'm at work nearly 7 hours a day, without any kind of lengthy break. Granola bars and the ilk are more or less what I'm looking for, but I shy away from sugary chemical-laden treats. Homemade recipes anyone could share would be keen.
Price is the other factor, which is why I can't just out and buy boxes of protein bars. The limiting factor on how many I eat in a work day is how much my bag can hold, not how much I can stomach.
I'm not really worried about the macronutrient ratios. Fat, carbs, protein, it's all good in my case. I just need to get stuff in my system through the work day.
