On ox????diet help???

Hey guys, Sup. I ordered my IP anavar and I'll prob be getting it somewhere within the next two weeks. I wanna start preparing a diet for it so when it get's here I can do this right. My TOP priority is to gain strength on it that's why I'm only doing this. This is my first AS cycle soo it should be more effective to my body. I plan on doing 40mg/day for 6 weeks and take 5-10g of creatine, I would take about 15-20g of creatine but I feel that it will put too much water weight on. I want to try not to gain any weight while on this cycle b/c I have too compete in a certain weight class. My stats are 5 8 165lbs. I would like to know what type of cal intake a day should i be getting and fat%/carb%/protein% of the cals total. I was thinking of doing 2000 cals 15%fat/35%carbs/50%protein. I normally lift 3 times a week Mon, Wed, Fri and just do cardio for 1-2 hours on Sat&Sun I used too do it Tue,Thur,Sat&Sun but I was told it would eat up too much muscle, anyone know if this is true???? Well anyone who did a cycle or is on one right now and going for strength drop me a REPLY, PLEASE!!!!Thanx appreciate any help.
 
Listen, if your Goal is to Not really gain that much weight but gain strenght Make sure you EAT. You don't really have to pay DETAILED attention to calorie intake, Simplify things:

Eat 6 meals every Few hours.
4 Meals with a combo of Protein and Carbs (appx 50grams of Each)

2 Meals (Final Meals) with Protein and Unsaturated Fats (appx 50 grams of protein, 25 grams of Fat)

Example of a day..

Carb Meals:
1) Oatmeal/ Whey
2) Chicken/ Rice

15min pre-workout: Honey on Toast
3) post workout: 2 glasses of O.J./ Whey
4) Tuna Sandwhich w/ Low Fat Mayo

Fat Meals:
5) Steak/ veggetables or Salmon/ Veggies
6) Whey/ 2 servings Flax Oil

On this program you will most likely stay at the same weight, but your body composition will change, Gaining Muscle, Losing Fat at the same bodyweight.

All while gaining Strenght.

But hey, If you're appetite starts to diminish when you start the Ox, don't worry, it'll come back after a couple of weeks as your body adjusts.

Hey thanx for the reply what happens if you don't eat tuna or mayo or veggies at all. If I was to eat a Protein shake for breakfast, snack on a Solid Pro bar, 2 Peanut Butter sandwiches for lunch, then a Shake in the afternoon and 3 Chicken breasts for dinner. That right now is my daily intake every once in a while I will change the afternoon shake with a sandwich of cold cuts or diff meats. Would that be good I will make sure too throw in the flax oil and eat my chicken with rice at night depending how my day went. Thanx anyone else I'll appreciate the help.
