We find out if Scott Peterson will be sentenced to be executed and brought to San Quentin or if he will get life without parole and make his new home in either San Quentin or Pelican Bay state prision.

Myself, I hope he gets life without parole at Pelican Bay.

WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN?
DISCUSS.

I hope he gets life.......I think he'll get the death penalty

I hope for the death penalty, but I think they will give him life. I think that the jury just wants it over with and that will be the easy way out.

If they choose execution he will just sit in jail in a private cell waiting - he doesn't deserve that luxury.

Agreed.....but the baby angle will really push people to fry him,.

He should be forced to watch every snap of the Washington Redskins football games for the rest of the year. Then I say let him go, as North Koreans don't even torture people to such extent.

I know, but I still would like him to sit in that private cell knowing that there is a needle with his name on it down the road. Maybe then his hair will turn white from worry instead of the pool.

I would have too but I know he'll find his own justice with the general population at Pelican Bay - death would be too generous.

Sidenote: when was the last execution in Calif?

He'd still get a private cell as most criminals requesting "isolation" do. But honestly, I still dont know what's the big deal with that Mr. Nobody...

I'd like him to go to pine oil heaven, but I think he's going to San Quentin
