I thought it was just in my head.
I have been on Eq for less than a week. and I am eating like a HAWG! I have put on three pounds in less than 1 week. I am getting some in the middle. Glad to hear someone else has the same prob.
I eat a can of tuna, 1 hb egg, lowfat miracle whip, little relish and whole wheat bread. I drink it down with a protein shake. Sounds nasty but works good to keep me full.
