On cycle support discussion.

Evening bros,

I wanted to get some information, with respect to Aromatase inhibitors and other on cycle support, to clear up a little bit of confusion that is annoying me.

Am i right in saying that Adex, forma stanzol, letro, aromasin, are enough to protect you from estrogen and progesterone side effects, and prami/caber/dostinex are for prolactin induced side effects, or is prami/caber for progesterone and prolactin?

Ive heard crossed info and want to clear this up. Thanks

caber/prami will handle your progesterone and prolactin issues.. run those if you run deca or tren. low dosages only, don't overdo it! so will forma!! but i like running caber cause it helps with libido and sleep.. so i run forma and caber together and my bloods show they do the job!

the AI's you mentioned should be run selectively and not overdone. i would run forma alone for any aromatizing AAS including test!

adex is just another pill and i have used it before but the less pills we take the better IMHO. .. before photo's i will take it to flush away some excess water, thats all i use it for. letro is too harsh i would never touch it unless you were desperate with gyno problems... aromasin is more gentle but if you read the threads guys have some issues with it as well. i haven't heard anyone complain forma killed their libido, it gives you just enough to get the job done BUT doesn't overdo things.

i'm a big believer in taking AI's by ear and not forcing them.. you need estrogen to grow muscle.. overdoing it can cripple your gains !!

Hm, how about going into a cycle with pre existing gyno? Not major, lump under and slightly puffy.

Say tren test, with prami run throughout, would you suggest ramping up letro and down to a maintenance once it takes effect, to combat further gyno, or just run liquidex at a maintenance dose with the prami?

Can't get my head around it :/ coz of pre existing..

Yeah i agree that letro is for gynecomastia removal, it is harsh as hell (im removing gyno now) but i wanted to figure out whether adex would stop progesterone side effects? From your answer i would say not then. So that's cleared that up.

Remove your gynnecomastia before you start your next cycle. You dont want to be taking loads of letro on cycle.

would not touch deca or tren if i had gyno issues.

you can make good gains on other AAS without the risk. primo is a good example, so is var.

i'm definately NOT an expert in gyno (knock on wood) cause it just isn't a problem for me. however i would assume since adex will control estrogen it also will prevent progesterone as well. however it is a reach to assume it would be wise or possible to kill your estrogen that much where its non existant.

maybe CK who is an expert on gyno and conquered it will chime in.

I have a ton of AI's from previous cycles that I thought I would need, but never ended up needing nearly as much. I like to wait for symtoms before I use them and usually dont end up needing much.

I aromatised and had itchy nips a bit on phytoserms test booster lol, so i definitely need an AI on cycle for test!

But i just want to know what AI's control what sides.
