On Cycle Diet Question

I have given in and realized that I cannot bulk without some additional fat. After talking with many bros, I know that I must eat and gain some fat in order to put on some size. That being said.. Tell me what I am missing from my diet.
6am NLarge 2 with carb countdown 12oz, cinnamin oatmeal is the shit....
7am some egg beaters and a couple whole eggs...
10 some kind of RTD protein shake..
noon-1 will grab a 8oz steak or fish with sides from a local resturant
3-4 RTD with some solid food like rice cakes and Fat Free spread
Post workout drink.. 40-50g whey with dex in gatorade...
post workout meal 120g carbs 8-10 oz steak..

if i am hungry before bed i will slam down another NLarge shake

* shakes have EFA's or Flax oil

I am doing a 6 weeker of prop and npp 6 weeks off and then hitting it again with the addition of tbol or dbol if needed....

What do u think.. 6'1 210lbs under 10% but not for long.... hehe
 
You will have to eat more but you can limit the fat you put on. Bulking with Thermorexin and Sesamax will cut down on the fat you'll need to trim when you're done bulking.
As far as your diet I would suggest more food. You've got all repackaged calories there and you'd do much better using real food to bulk with instead of so many empty calories. Don't take an Nlarge at night. Use a couple tblspoons of all natural peanut butter instead.
 
wow ur right!! I didnt notice till I looked at it..

I was currently on swole cat's swoledup, lean mass gainer, and it worked.. I went from 189 with 11%BF to ~210 with 8.9% BF no gear just hard strict diet.. I stopped using his method because it incorported too many shakes and not enough food.. F*ck It. I am just going to eat everything I see.. I will limit fat intake. But load up on carbs and proteins.. Im bulking right? No need to have a meal plan!!!!!
