What you think?

Wrong forum bro...I would say more veggies and good fats...replace pre workout with chicken 6-8oz 1 cup oatmeal and 2 tbsp PB

I will say I don’t like so much whey. Specially while on, poor kidneys bro!

Remember it is a protein supplement – If you read it, it says not to be taken as a replacement for food but just in addition

I think you should get a bare minimum of 6 real meals a day

And no more then 2 shakes, bringing you to a total intake of 8 servings of protein 6 of which are a real source

You should be at 300-400g of Protein per day. That means make your pre-wo 50g and your post-wo 75g.. get a shake in before bed - monstermilk is pretty good for it's low carbs, high protein matrix and fats. 50-100g of fats, healthy obviously. Carbs? 150-200 is enough for me to stay energized and feeding my muscles.. I'd also take creatine BEFORE my workout, even if its with lunch or breakfast.

Creatine is a pretty heavy molecule, so you're not helping your simple sugar/whey isolate combo post workout get into the muscle efficiently. Sure it still works, but not as good as it could.

You need to eat more over all..IMHO.

Ya you dont have enough cals for a bulking diet as others said shoot for probably 7-8 meals replace alot of shakes with food and as i said before up the good fats and veggies in alot of your meals

Breakfast: 5 egg Omelette, 2 slices wheat bread, Multi, Fish Oils, Creatine

Make it 6 omega three eggs and a cup of oats mixed with milk and berries.

Snack: Whey shake 50g, 1 cup brown rice

Two cans of albacore mixed with the brown rice and throw some green beans in the mix for good measure. Fiber is your friend.

Lunch: Chicken breast, whole wheat pasta or sweet potato

Not bad. Add a green veggie here too. the more the better.

Snack: Lean ground beef burger, rice or ww pasta, or sweet potato

Not bad. Add veggies.

Pre Workout: Whey 25g, banana or apple

This is ok. maybe add a tblp of ANBP here and possible bump up the protein to 50g.

Post Workout: Whey 50g, Gatorade or Grape Juice, Creatine

This is where you need help. Gatorade and fruit juice are poor choices for a PWO carb choice. Try 40-80g of waxy maize mixed with 10g of leucine, and 5g of creatine. Follow this up with a whey isolate shake 15-30 minutes later.

Dinner: Steak or Chicken or Fish, Veggies

Good to finally see some veggies lol

Before bed: Casein shake, 2 tblspoon natural peanut butter

Add a tblsp of Sugar free metamucil and 5-10 grams of fish oil here.

Good luck with your cycle borly.

Good luck with your cycle borly.

Thanks man! Yea, I have a big problem throwing in veggies and I think I drink too many shakes. As for the waxy maize I have never tried it, but Iwill buy some.

How many more calories do you think that is to what I'm doing now, I don't wanna bloat up. Or is it not that much more? I thought I ate alot now, you guys eat like animals. lol

Either way that diet looks pretty solid. Thanks dude! :coffee:

SL - Why the sugar-free metamucil before bed?

(just curious)

I'm a fiber freak

The orange metamucil makes my vanilla shakes taste amazing. There is so many benefits to a high fiber intake, especially to someone putting back 3500-4000 calories a day. Beside all the health reasons I feel it helps me from waking up hungry I'm the middle of the night. I avtually add it to all my shakes with the exception of pwo. I usually have two shakes a day.
