on cycle and worried!

I am worried I am not getting enough calories to grow, off of 250 a week test enanthate, I am 5'11 180 8%bf its still first week of cycle. I am probably getting maybe 2000 a day, what can I do, weight gainers?
 
ok look bro just eat 6 good meals a day...try that..weight gainers are fine too..put some peanut butter in your shakes 1-2 tea spoons should be fine
 
HOW TO GROW!

it takes around two weeks for the enanthate to kick in so be patient...

eat a lot and often,eat 40 g. of protein with each meal(you will need around 6 meal per day,3 hours max between each)
you can eat shake or protein from real food(chicken breast,red meat, tuna and other fish, eggs, nuts, peanut butter, cheese, milk, yogurt, etc.)

eat at least three real meal(no shake) per day and eat a lot of carbs too(oatmeal, rice)

Take 40 to 60. of protein in form of shake right after training, sleep at least 8 hours a day, don't DRINK(booze..) but drink a lot of water, and you will GROW.

First off I'm not so sure that 250mg a week of
enanthate will generate much for you at your current height and weight. Atleast 350mg a week would be best. If your at 8% bodyfat you can afford a little fat. Try 7-8 small meals a day. Use B12 to spark appetite. Eat steak! Yes peanut butter in pro.shake. Drink 3 shakes plus 4-5 real meals. Have ice cream and what ever you can to pack on size. Dont be afraid of fat. You'll lose
that later when its time to cut...Good luck..
