this post is no joke, I guess the prob is I suffer from depression, which lowers appetite:( so I do not have the appetite curently to consume enough calories, if I do I get backed up:p the test I know will cure my depression and spark up my appetite to eat like I havent in a long time, so its kind of a double benefit, anti depressant and new muscles. I know If I can get the 20lb. I am looking for I will be an happy mo fo with my newfound muscle;)

All I want to do in life is get big!! it is my career and I am trying to get it going!
 
Juice will NOT cure your depression unless you plan on
staying on forever. I hate to burst your bubble, but
you probably feel worse 3 or 4 weeks after you get off
than you did before you got on. Unless that extra
muscle mass improves your social life or your career
(which is possible) don't expect your mood to improve
long term.

I know juice is only a temp. fix I seriously think the new slabs of muscle will keep me lifted!! I am partially depressed from slaving away in the gym and not growing, so growth to me is grrrreat!!
 
Just wait till you get off , if you already suffer from depression
you will need to mentally prep yourself for the period between cycles. its different for everyone but just be aware, also Clomid
can cause depression in some,if youre planning on using it post cycle. Good luck
 
I grow fine from 2000-2500 cal per day.

I am more concerned about only 250mg/wk of enanth- I'd go 400. If yoou have problems with eating- 400mg/wk of EQ will solve that quickly!!
 
Sepe, eat and you should do fine. My first cycle was 250mg of sust a week and I gained over 23lbs and kept most of it.
As for your depression, get some help it is nothing to be ashamed of or mess around with.

This is ridiculus. You should know that you need far more calories than 2000 a day if you expect to make muscle mass gains. If it's mass you're after your minimum should be in the 4000 a day range. You CAN'T build muscle without the resources to do so. It isn't manufactured out of air. Get your diet together ASAP or you will simply be wasting good gear. Write yourself out a memu plan or feel free to email me for menu plans and be consistant with your calorie intake. You're slaving away at the gym and not growing for one very obvious reason. Your diet is atracious at 2000 calories a day. Women bodybuilders I work with eat 3000-3500 a day at 140 pounds. You're not going to aquire slabs of muscle without ample calories to build that muscle. You have to make an all out effort on your diet as well as training to grow. Diet takes far more work and dedication than does training. Feel free to email me and I'll help you get your nutritional needs in order or ask specific questions here. There is no way you will grow on an infants ration of food.
