I have a nice nugget in my left breast and I will be going to the surgeon on Thurs. to get possible surgery.

5-Looks fine to me you don't need surgery
4-Looks like you just need to lean up, you don't need surgery
3-Indifferent
2-It looks bad, it's up to you to get surgery
1-It looks really bad. You need surgery Immediately

Bro I would say (2). I was in a similar situation 1.5years ago. You will fell so much better once it is done. You know, take off your shirt at the beach and feel secure.

Kinda hard to tell without seeing the rest of your body to determine if you are just needing some BF reduction or not. Do you have hard lumps? How big? You might try a Nolva-blaster cycle to get rid of lumps. 60-80mg/day for 8 weeks has worked very well for some people. There are some threads about it floating around here.

(I'm not a plat) but from what I can see, it's not that bad. full body pick would be better to assess total BF/tit lump, though.
