Yes, same looking boxes with russian lettering are still being made for russian market and available in our drug stores. This is Omnadren for Ukraine market. Same color box but everything is in ukrainian language. As you can see this box even has paper insert inside Injected 1amp yesterday, looks like old good omnadren

Yes you can get box like that at $15 in some drug stores of Moscow. somtimes even without prescription but most of them would ask for prescription. Ukrainian omnas seem to be cheaper though
